The concept of rewarding students for their excellence is not a new one, however, the ability to reach students across the globe for the first time, and the ability to connect them all at once, is new. That being said, we aim to give a glimpse back in time with our collection, to understanding the important reasons behind why these societies were established in the first place, where they led and what kind of opportunities they provided for their members–many who went on to change history. 

It’s equally important to recognize where these societies have their roots and to note how they’ve grown since their conception, becoming more inclusive in their pool of potential members while also encouraging members to hold themselves to a higher standard. The result? A diverse, enriched future where excellence had been laid into the very foundation of modern-day societies like Honor Society.
