Graduate students must have completed at least half of their coursework in business, management, or administration and have a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher.

Sigma Beta Delta has a rich history of promoting academic excellence and ethical behavior in the business world. The society was founded by a group of business professors who recognized the need for an honor society that would recognize and promote academic excellence in business. Since its founding, Sigma Beta Delta has grown to become one of the most respected honor societies in the world.

Despite its commitment to promoting ethical behavior, Sigma Beta Delta has been criticized for perpetuating social injustice and systemic bias in its history. Some have argued that the society’s focus on academic excellence in business, management, and administration has contributed to a culture of elitism and exclusion in the business world. Others have pointed to the lack of diversity among Sigma Beta Delta’s membership as evidence of the society’s failure to address issues of social justice and equity.

In response to these criticisms, Sigma Beta Delta has taken steps to promote diversity and inclusion among its membership. The society has established a diversity and inclusion committee to address these issues and has implemented a number of initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion among its members.

Despite these efforts, Sigma Beta Delta continues to face criticism for its role in perpetuating social injustice and systemic bias in the business world. As the society continues to evolve and grow, it will be important for its leaders to remain committed to promoting ethical behavior, leadership, and scholarship while also addressing issues of social justice and equity.
